Ensuring your hat fits perfectly is essential for comfort and style. Here’s how to measure your head and adjust your Urbansupply hat for an optimal fit.
How to Measure Your Head
1. Prepare a Measuring Tool: Use a soft tape measure, ribbon, or string.
2. Position the Tape: Place it around your head, just above your ears and mid-forehead, where the hat will sit.
3. Measure: Hold the tape snugly but not too tight, ensuring comfort.
4. Note the Measurement: Mark where the tape overlaps and record the length in centimetres.
Understanding Our Hat Sizes
Urbansupply offers a range of sizes to accommodate various head circumferences:
- Kids: 52 cm & 55 cm
- Small (S): 57 cm
- Medium (M): 61 cm
- Large (L): 63 cm
If your measurement falls between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for comfort.
Adjusting Your Hat for the Perfect Fit
Many Urban Supply hats feature internal adjustment mechanisms:
- Internal Drawstring: Located inside the hat’s crown, this allows you to tighten the fit by pulling and tying the string.
- Velcro Adjuster: Some hats have a Velcro strap inside the brim; adjust it to loosen or tighten as needed.
- Adjustable Elastic hat clip: You can tighten the elastic by pulling the elastic towards you and closing the plastic clasp.
Additional Tips
- Chinstraps: For windy conditions or active use, hats with chinstraps provide extra security.
- Care Instructions: Always refer to the care label inside your hat for specific cleaning and maintenance guidelines.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free shipping within South Africa when you spend R600,00 or more, otherwise a flat fee of R100,00 is charged.
Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time:
- Outlying and Regional areas outside of Cape Town 3-5 business days.
- Local deliveries in and Around Cape Town 1-2 business days.
- International Shipping 7-14 business days

Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
- You can track your package through our tracking page or directly on the courier’s website for real-time updates.
International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs fees and import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- International shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance processes in your country.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some items may have restrictions based on your location or due to specific regulations.
Shipping Delays

Missing or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error with your order, or the product was damaged due to our oversight.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing delays.
