PC Viljoen: Managing director

Born in Kroonstad, PC moved to Cape Town at the age of 10, bringing with him a strong entrepreneurial spirit that would shape his future. In 2013, while still in high school, PC founded Urban Supply—a venture that quickly became more than just a hobby. Balancing studies and business, he pursued a degree in Agriculture at Stellenbosch University, where he ran Urban Supply as a side hustle.

After graduating, PC shifted his full attention to Urban Supply, dedicated to building the brand into a trusted destination for quality and style. When he’s not busy growing Urban Supply, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or at a braai, enjoying good times with friends.

 

Werner Holscher: Head of Sales – SADEC



 

Rodney Botes: Head of accounts

Born in Kimberley Rodney Matriculated in 1997. At the age of 14 Rodney entered the hospitality industry. After school Rodney started, part time getting his accounting degree and started working in the accounting industry from 1998. In 2017 Rodney got his Accounting diploma in Financial accounting management and started working part time for Urbansupply from 2017, which led to a permanent position as Urbansupply grew. 

Tracy – Finance Wrangler & Backyard Botanist 🌱

 

Born where the surf rolls in (Durban) and raised where the diamonds sparkle (Kimberley), Tracy swapped beach sand for red dust at the tender age of five and she’s been crunching numbers ever since. Before joining our crew she kept the books balanced for the entire Northern Cape and Free State as Area Financial Manager at Stewart & Lloyds. (Yes, that’s two provinces’ worth of receipts, invoices, and mild caffeine dependency.)

 

When she’s not taming spreadsheets, Tracy can be found:

 

Gardening: If money really did grow on trees, she’d be the first to prune for profit.

Sewing: Buttons fear her; loose hems stand no chance.

Camping: She considers Wi‑Fi just another unnecessary luxury like single‑ply toilet paper.

 

Fun fact: Tracy is one of seven kids, the proud mum of three, and already spoiling four grandkids rotten so multitasking isn’t a skill, it’s her natural habitat.

Ros Heard: Sales Representative -  Johannesburg,Mpumalanga

Born in Port Elizabeth and lived in Durban and finally she made her roots in Johannesburg. Ros trained as an Aestititian which took her to Paris to study and work and then I took on the role of Product Manager for 5 French cosmetic brands. She have worked as a PR consultant as well as a Graphic Designer. Ros is definitely the most well travelled person at Urbansupply. She visited Israel, Europe, UK, USA, Hungary and Canada.

 Adding to the travel Ros has a hunger for adrenaline.She has done things most people wouldn't dare doing like jumping out of airplanes, scuba diving in the Maldives and skied down a black slope in Switzerland. She has a son of 23 which is studying Fashion design in Florence so one day we all hope to wear some of his famous designs!

 

 

Shannon: Head of Design

Liberty: Digitising and Embroidery

Meet Liberty, our seasoned digitiser and embroiderer with nearly a decade of experience in machine operation and design digitising. Passionate about his craft, Liberty takes immense pride in translating ideas into intricately embroidered masterpieces. His commitment to quality and precision is evident in every stitch, making him a valuable asset to our team and ensuring that each project is a work of art crafted with care and dedication. 

 

Damien:Warehouse Manager


 

Movet:Warehouse assistant manager

Movet is our assistant warehouse manager. When it’s time to roll up our sleeves and get busy, Movet has the energy and speed to ensure that everything remains on schedule at the end of the day. He is not afraid to take up the reigns when our warehouse manager is not available, and his go-getter attitude in the warehouse is contagious.

 

Enid: Embroidery assistant

Enid is our embroidery machine operator. With a keen eye for colour co-ordination and a strong focus on attention to detail, no machine runs without her knowing about it. She also serves as the communication tunnel between the design and packaging departments.
Her heart of gold adds care and confidence to every order that passes through the embroidery room.

 

Petro: Warehouse assistant

Petro, our warehouse assistant, has a keen eye for organization and a commitment to efficiency. Petro plays a vital role in the seamless operation of our warehouse. Whether it's managing inventory, assisting with order fulfillment, or ensuring that everything is in its designated place, Petro's dedication contributes significantly to the smooth functioning of our logistics.
